Selection is carried out in accordance with the requirements under the project, based on the Terms of Reference provided by the investor.

The Development Corporation provides the full range of services:
• Searching for sites
• Visits to sites together with the investor
• Introducing the investor to the site owner
• Provision of contacts of the organizations responsible for the supply of gas, electric power, water, etc.
• Holding negotiations regarding the provision of information of individual conditions for the connection of the afore-mentioned utilities
