The investment project provides for the placement of a workshop for the production of motor vehicles in order to increase the current production volume. LLC Metallstroy64 is a regional company maked production of grain truck bodies, dump trucks for the transportation of grain and mixed feed. The investor plans to create 70 jobs.

The company has been improving and actively developing in the industrial industry for 10 years. The initiators have their own advanced equipment that allows them to carry out high-quality production in the shortest possible time, experience in implementing such projects and professional personnel to launch the first stage of production. The investment project is focused on the domestic market of the Saratov region to meet the demand for spare parts for agricultural and truck equipment. For the implementation of the investment project, a location has been identified on the territory of Engels. The Development Corporation assisted in solving the issue of registration of location for the implementation of the investment project, and also set up a sequence of project implementation stages in order to reduce the project completion time and eliminate duplicate actions.

A working meeting with representatives of the large international company LOTTE (South Korea) was held at the site of the Development Corporation

A working meeting dedicated to the agriculture development and support of regional exports was held at the Development Corporation site. The meeting was attended by representatives of LOTTE International Mikhailovka LLC, Deputy General Director Park Beom Ju, Commercial Director Choi Junu, Foreign Economic Activity Manager Sergey Kim and Director of the Development Corporation Alexander Marchenko.

Saratov region has an agricultural potential and occupies a leading position in the production of sunflower, grain and leguminous crops, etc. Thus, the representatives of LOTTE International Mikhailovka LLC are interested in developing trade and economic relations with Saratov region in terms of supplies of certain types of crops and fat and oil products.

During the visit, South Korean delegation visited a number of the most promising peasant farms and agricultural organizations for the purpose of introduction.

Today, the Corporation's specialists, together with the regional Ministry of Agriculture, are compiling a list of agricultural producers and suppliers to expand trade cooperation with the Republic of Korea. In the autumn of this year, working visits to Saratov region are planned to search for export partners.

At the round table topical issues of fundraising were discussed by Deputy Minister - Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and Investment Activity Elizaveta Nechaevskaya, Director of the Development Corporation Alexander Marchenko, Deputy Manager of the Saratov Branch of Sberbank Alexey Roshchin, Manager of the Operations Office of RUSSIA JSB Mikhail Grishin, Development Director of Saratov Bank LLC Andrey Balaev, Product Owner of the Small and Medium-sized Businesses Lending Development Department of Agroros Bank JSC Natalia Anfilatova, as well as representatives of the business community.

The Development Corporation continued a round tables series with participation of Office representatives of Federal Tax Service of Russia

On June 22, at the site of the Development Corporation, a second round table was held with the Saratov Region Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia and the regional Ministry of Economic Development.

Within the framework of the round table, issues related to tax incentives and preferences for investors were discussed. In particular, a specialist of the Tax Service spoke to the participants about the procedure for monitoring the indicators of investment projects, the specifics of providing a reduced profit tax rate within the framework of a regional investment project, about a reduced property tax rate, etc.

As a result of the meeting, the project initiators received practical recommendations on the preparation of documentation from specialists of the Tax Service and the Ministry of Economic Development.

Sberbank and Development Corporation signed an agreement on cooperation in Saratov region

Today, within the framework of the Second Motivational Forum for Entrepreneurs "Delay Na Sto!/Do It Comletely!» («Делай на сто!»), Alexander Marchenko, Director of Development Corporation of Saratov Region and Ruslan Lvov, Head Manager of Saratov Branch of Sberbank, signed a bilateral agreement on cooperation.

The agreement is aimed at the development of joint information activities to promote mechanisms, programs and products for investment activity progress in Saratov region. The Saratov branch of Sberbank will consider proposals for lending on mutually beneficial terms and send to the Corporation a list of regional investment projects that require support in order to reduce their implementation time.

In turn, the Corporation is ready to consider the issue of assistance in the implementation of investment projects that have received financial support from the bank.

The Development Corporation provided assistance in attracting financing within the framework of an agreement concluded with Agroros Bank (АО «Банк «Агророс»). The initiator of the project received a credit line at a preferential rate of 21 million rubles. The total investment in the project is 30 million rubles.

In the Dubki village (Saratov region) will build a modern apartment building. The implementation of the investment project for the construction of the housing stock will expand the residential complex of the district and get the opportunity to purchase an apartment at affordable prices.

Duration of construction before putting the house into operation is about 24 months.

During the month Development Corporation of the Saratov Region regularly held online meetings with the participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region, the Ministry of Territorial Entities of the region and the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Saratov Region".

Meetings were held with representatives of the administrations of 41 municipal districts, during which the tasks and problems in attracting investment were discussed. The main task of municipalities is based on the assessment of the available economic resources of the district and its competitive advantages, to define potential points of growth, to determine priority areas of development.

During the meetings, recommendations were given for each municipality on the preparation of technical tasks for attracting investment, free investment sites, as well as presented business ideas.

As a result, perspective areas of development and territories will be worked out, as well as new proposals and business ideas will be prepared for the implementation of projects and increasing investment activity in the districts of the region. In addition, the corporation’s specialists are planning working trips to the districts to discuss problematic issues.

Director of JSC "Saratov Region Development Corporation" Alexander Marchenko and Director of the Saratov branch of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" Alexey Shmelev signed an additional cooperation agreement aimed at expanding the mechanisms of interaction between their parties. The project of StroyAvtodor LLC provides for the construction of a silo-type elevator complex with a one-time storage capacity of 16,000 tons of grain and oilseeds. The complex will provide storage, transportation and processing of agricultural crops.

In 2020, the initiators put into operation a point of acceptance and loading of agricultural products, as well as a laboratory for research.

The first stage of construction is currently completed. The second stage of the project will be the construction of a grain cleaning complex with a capacity of 200 tons / hour with an aspiration system that ensures compliance with sanitary requirements for air composition. The completion of the investment project is scheduled for 2022.

The implementation of the investment project will increase the level of employment in a far away area of the Saratov region. The Development Corporation is working on the application of tax incentives and preferences in relation to this project.
